You give up so easily…

fail-1288346You are giving up before you try!
Subconsciously… Like we all do at the different levels of our lifetime.
So, what does it mean?
Let’s say you have an idea. A good one! Your first impulse in a head is excitement. Your idea is wonderful! It’s amazing! It’s crazy. Yeah… crazy… How am I gonna do that? The competition is so high and I have no experience. I need money to do that. I need a team to support me. I am gonna fail. So many people will judge me. My boyfriend would say, ‘ I told you’. Yeah… I guess that’s just an idea.
Sounds familiar, huh?
In one experiment, scientists from the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences reveal that our decisions are made 7 seconds before we become aware of them.
“Your decisions are strongly prepared by brain activity. By the time consciousness kicks in, most of the work has already been done,” said study co-author John-Dylan Haynes, a Max Planck Institute neuroscience.
7 seconds to crash your biggest dreams! 7 seconds and you fail before you even know that!
That’s terrible. Isn’t it?
So, what should we do about that?
There are 3 steps to do.

1. U must reprogram your brain with different thoughts.
2. U must take actions!
3. U must face your fear.

You can’t change your way of thinking in one moment. Same as you can’t get millionaire’s way of thinking by reading an article. It needs time, strong belief, and a real life experience.

As we already know our decisions are made 7 seconds before we become aware of them. Your brain is very smart. But it doesn’t mean that it can’t be trained!

To get some significant changes in our life usually takes from 21 days to 1 month. Everybody is different. But this is enough to start a new good habit, such as reprogramming your brain.

    1. Agree, and that’s the key to a better life and to a new you! 21 days of a constant job on something is a great tool to build something new. Everything you have to do is – just keep doing! 😉
